Skylar’s Yoga classes are an immersive experience designed to deepen your flexibility and strength while enhancing your emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Skylar is an intuitive energy healer, so she adjusts and flows with the energy of each client. Not only will you physically awaken by moving your body, but also by experiencing all your senses. She curates specially tailored playlists, plays her own instruments, lights incense, and sprays essential oils to create the perfect meditative atmosphere.

Her Sankalpa, or her “why”, is “grounded in vulnerability.” This is how she aims for her clients to feel during a session. Grounded and safe enough in the sanctuary she holds to open in vulnerability to the deepest parts of yourself. You will always be supported and never judged in Yogi Sky Wellness sanctuary.

Every class with Skylar is an opportunity to deeply tune into your spirit. She always begins a session by setting a theme and gently weaves it throughout the 60-minutes. By the end of savasana, you will feel profoundly rested, peaceful, and aligned with your highest self.

Vinyasa

Breath and movement create a flowing series when woven together to create vinyasa yoga. Sequences are intelligently and intuitively created to warm the body, deepen flexibility, and fine-tune strength. Meditation is always included throughout this 60-minute experience. Classes curated for all levels.

 

Yoga + Sound Bath

Uplevel your yoga class by making it into a yoga sound bath! At the end of the yoga class in savasana, the typical 3-minute meditation becomes 15-30 minutes with the help of high vibrational sound healing instruments. This deepens the experience to be fully immersive and rejuvenating. Classes curated for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Sometimes we don’t need an intensive workout, rather, we need time to deeply sink into peace. Restorative yoga is a gentle yoga class with special attention to releasing tension at a slow pace. Meditation and music are key aspects to the atmosphere. Classes curated for all levels.

 

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of vinyasa and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) all set to the beat of energetic music. Three to eight-pound weights are used in a series of repetitive movements like squats, bicep curls, cardio, and more. Yoga Sculpt is the perfect push to wake up and get out any stuck energy! Classes curated for all levels.
