What is sound healing?

Sound healing is an ancient art that is embraced as a profound method of healing. Instruments create sound waves that emit certain frequencies that trigger our brains and bodies to help reduce tension, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and more.

What are some sound healing benefits?

What is an intuitive energy healer?

Intuitive energy healers adjust and flow with the energy of each client they work with. Skylar is guided by intuition and her connection to source energy to facilitate healings for each client.

What can I wear for a sound healing session and what do I bring?

Anything you feel comfortable laying down in for an hour (no tight jeans or zippers on the back). Bring a yoga mat to lay down, layers (blanket, jacket, etc.), something to cover your eyes with, a pillow (for your head and/or under knees). Also be sure to bring water, a journal and pen, and an open mind!

How many people can I invite to my sound healing and/or yoga event?

This is completely dependent on the space available! The average is 10-30 people.

What is your typical process for working with new clients?

New clients are always contacted prior to the initial appointment or event to ensure I can truly provide them with what they are seeking with my offerings. We will discuss intentions, what the client's goals are, details of the process, and confirm the date/time/payment.

Where will my sound healing and/or yoga session be held?

For events, this is completely up to you! As long as the space can accommodate for the number of people in your party.

For private sessions, I offer a space located in Beachwood Canyon, LA 90068, or house calls.

For public events, location varies.

For zoom classes, from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere else!
